Subject 7 states letting stay-at-home orders expire today

MAY 15, 2020: Seven (7) states ([link removed]) are letting their stay-at-home orders expire today—Arizona, Delaware, Louisiana, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, and Vermont.

While New York ([link removed]) state orders are being lifted, they will remain in effect for New York City ([link removed]) .

Ballotpedia reports that 17 states have previously lifted stay-at-home orders ([link removed]) and 7 states ([link removed]) never enacted them. Four more are expected to let the orders expire next week.

Sixty percent (60%) of voters ([link removed]) nationwide believe every business that establishes safe social distancing protocols should be allowed to open. The latest Scott Rasmussen survey found that just 26% oppose the idea.
