investigation
or
prosecution,
and
bring
litigation
to
challenge
any
misuse
of
the
1873
Comstock
Act
to
block
abortion
access.
2.
Use
administrative
law
and
the
courts
to
block
harmful
actions
by
the
Department
of
Health
and
Human
Services,
the
Department
of
Justice,
and
the
State
Department.
3.
Monitor
dangerous
policies
and
appointments,
leverage
oversight
tools,
and
litigate
if
necessary
to
block
harmful
policies
and
protect
access
to
care.
