*November 5, 2024 [ [link removed] ] – 30013-414-GP-24 (Record No. 17681)* - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Montana-Dakota Utilities Co. to pass on a net gas cost increase of $0.179 per dekatherm (Dth) for residential and firm general customers, and small and large interruptible customers, and an increase of $2.468 for seasonal customers, effective on and after October 1, 2024, subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing and further order of the Commission.

(BHP) d/b/a Black Hills Energy (collectively BHE or the Companies) for Commission approval to join the Western Energy Imbalance Market (WEIM), as more fully described below:
