November 5, 2024 – 30013-414-GP-24 (Record No. 17681) - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Montana-Dakota Utilities Co. to pass on a net gas cost increase of $0.179 per dekatherm (Dth) for residential and firm general customers, and small and large interruptible customers, and an increase of $2.468 for seasonal customers, effective on and after October 1, 2024, subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing and further order of the Commission. November 5, 2024 – 20002-141-EA-24 and 20003-246-EA-24 (Record No. 17706) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given of the Joint Application of Cheyenne Light, Fuel and Power Company (CLFP) d/b/a Black Hills Energy and Black Hills Power, Inc. (BHP) d/b/a Black Hills Energy (collectively BHE or the Companies) for Commission approval to join the Western Energy Imbalance Market (WEIM), as more fully described below:
