Empowerment in Action: CLASP’s Community Partnership Group Releases Report
Last week, CLASP’s Community Partnership Group (CPG) released a report [[link removed]] detailing the successes and challenges of its first five years. The CPG’s 2019 launch represented a new direction for both CLASP and a policy landscape that often excluded the voices of those with lived experience. The CPG, which is a peer cohort of activists with lived experience navigating or being excluded from benefits programs, works closely with CLASP staff to shape policy and advocate for centering people with lived experience in the policy advocacy ecosystem.
