Empowerment in Action: CLASP’s Community Partnership Group Releases Report

Last week, CLASP’s Community Partnership Group (CPG) released a report detailing the successes and challenges of its first five years. The CPG’s 2019 launch represented a new direction for both CLASP and a policy landscape that often excluded the voices of those with lived experience. The CPG, which is a peer cohort of activists with lived experience navigating or being excluded from benefits programs, works closely with CLASP staff to shape policy and advocate for centering people with lived experience in the policy advocacy ecosystem.

Election Day is Next Week! 

Tuesday, November 5 is Election Day. Voters across the country who haven’t voted early will cast their ballots to determine the next president, as well as control of both houses of Congress and numerous state and local offices and ballot initiatives.
