First, we welcome Derek Dubbé, Director of Real Estate Assessments for Arlington County. Derek will discuss trends in commercial real estate assessments and its financial effect on Arlington and take member questions. Then, the meeting will welcome Greg Hoffman of Rooney Properties, a member of Arlington County’s Board of Equalization for Real Estate Assessments. Greg will provide an overview of the Board of Equalization’s duties and its role in the real estate assessment process. He will also take questions from members.
