Amendment 3, which is on the ballot this fall, would make Florida the MOST LIBERAL state in the country when it comes to recreational marijuana. That’s why Kamala Harris endorsed Amendment 3! If it passes, Amendment 3 will: Allow smoking in public places, including restaurants, hotels, beaches and theme parks Endanger our children with marketing that’s appealing to kids (marijuana packaged as gummies) Eliminate mega marijuana’s competition – 5 companies would have a monopoly over the marijuana industry in Florida Allow an individual to possess 3 oz – or 100 joints – at work, in school, or on their person.
