This November, Mega Marijuana Corporations and the far-left have their sights set on Florida! One foreign big weed corporation has event spent over $100M on Amendment 3!
Amendment 3, which is on the ballot this fall, would make Florida the MOST LIBERAL state in the country when it comes to recreational marijuana. That’s why Kamala Harris endorsed Amendment 3!
If it passes, Amendment 3 will:
Allow smoking in public places, including restaurants, hotels, beaches and theme parks
Endanger our children with marketing that’s appealing to kids (marijuana packaged as gummies)
Eliminate mega marijuana’s competition – 5 companies would have a monopoly over the marijuana industry in Florida
Allow an individual to possess 3 oz – or 100 joints – at work, in school, or on their person. To put this in perspective, liberal California and Colorado only allow 1 oz.
Create a monopoly for the big weed corporations that wrote the amendment!
Cause the black market to explode
This is dangerous for our communities, families, and law enforcement. That’s why I’m standing with the Attorney General and Sheriffs Association to oppose this amendment.
