State Patrol swearing-in to impact Capitol parking, tours Oct. 29-30

*WHAT*: Washington State Patrol Trooper Graduation and Swearing-In Ceremony.

*WHEN*: Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2-4 p.m. Setup begins at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 29.

*WHERE*:


* Legislative Building, rotunda, and third- and fourth-floor mezzanines.
* Parking stalls along the North Diagonal.

*IMPACTS*:


* Parking stalls on the North Diagonal will close at 5 p.m. Tuesday.
* DES will suspend tours of the Legislative Building during the event.
* Expect an increase in pedestrian traffic.
