We’re two weeks out from Election Day, and polling remains too close. We
need to remember what’s at stake — and it’s spelled out in the pages of
Project 2025.

By now, Project 2025 may feel like a buzzword, but it’s a very, very real
threat that we can’t normalize. Project 2025 is a dangerous bucket list of
extremist policies that would uproot every government agency and disrupt
the lives of everyone who calls this country home. We need to call it like
it is: Project 2025 was written by Trump allies for a Trump White House to
advance Trump's agenda. And that’s exactly why I keep sounding the alarm
about it:

[ Why ]Why does it feel like Rep. Ayanna Pressley is the only one talking
about this blueprint for another Trump Administration.

In case you need a refresher, here are some of the lowlights from this
plan:

* Banning abortion care across the country;
* Eliminating the Department of Education, civil rights protections, and
funding for K-12 schools;
* National book bans in schools and libraries;
* Banning the federal government’s use of words such as “diversity,”
“gender,” “reproductive health,” and “abortion”;
* Mass firing of civil servants and replacing them with Trump loyalists.

It’s not an exaggeration: Trump wants to uproot the
foundation of our democracy and destroy our government forever.

[ [link removed] ]Project 2025 would enable Trump and Republicans to enact widespread,
wholesale policy violence. I’m going to continue sounding the alarm while
on the campaign trail, and I can only do this important work with your
support. Can you please pitch in
$25 or
anything you can?

It’s not just Trump — the GOP platform is full of xenophobic, racist,
transphobic language and policies aimed at reshaping our society and our
federal government to fit their authoritarian agenda.

They’re promising to cut federal funding for schools that dare to teach
children about America’s history of racism, about race and gender in
general — or “other inappropriate racial, sexual, or political content.”
They want to carry out mass deportations of millions of immigrant
families, and be allowed to freely discriminate against people based on
their sexual orientation.

In the short-term, our top priority is to keep Project 2025 from being
enacted, and that means electing Kamala Harris and Tim Walz to the White
House. After that, the MAGA movement that created this document will still
be within our government. So I’m relying on your support right now to be
able to fight back against far-right extremists and their ideology in the
House.

[ [link removed] ]If you’re with me against this toxic agenda, then please chip in today
to help me hold the line against this kind of MAGA extremism everywhere —
now, in 2025, and beyond.

Onward,

Ayanna
