In the past 14 years, we’ve cultivated a 370-strong community of NALpistas in the Midwest who have all gone on to hold public office, manage political campaigns, and advocate for meaningful change in their communities. Over a Ready to Lead® [[link removed]] weekend, you’ll learn how to own your power, share your authentic New American story, learn effective fundraising tactics, and connect and engage with other inspired leaders from across the region. Upon completion of the program, you’ll gain access to connect with other alumni–some of whom are elected officials–from across the country!
