John,

Did you catch this headline from Reuters?

Election officials who back Trump’s 'Big Lie' stir concern in swing states

Reuters looked at election boards in the five largest counties in seven battleground states and found that nearly HALF have at least one election denier.

In one example, they found that the head of the Macomb County Elections Department — the office that will need to certify election results this November — called on Trump in 2020 to “not concede the election and to set up ‘military tribunals’ to investigate fraud.”

As someone who is committed to safeguarding our right to vote, you know that election boards are where the rubber meets the road for our democracy. We cannot have election deniers working against the will of voters to determine the outcome of races up and down the ballot — from the state legislature and state supreme court to Congress and the White House.

Are you ready to do everything you can to ensure fair elections this November and beyond? Please rush a contribution to the NDRC right now to help ensure every voter is mobilized and every voice is heard. [[link removed]]

Every day, extreme MAGA Republicans try to make voting harder and to create chaos and confusion around this election. And they are just going to get louder and more blatant as we get closer to Election Day.

It’s not just Donald Trump they’re trying to elect. From Ohio to Georgia to Arizona, there are election-denying Republicans on the ballot all across the country.

Whether it’s in the Oval Office, in state legislatures, or on state supreme courts, election deniers have no place in public office. They could impact future elections by overturning or undermining the will of the voters. We simply can’t let that happen.

Free and fair elections are the cornerstone of our democracy. We MUST elect pro-democracy leaders who will fight for them — and for the fair maps and redistricting reforms that make them truly representative.

We can do this. But right now, we need everyone who understands what’s at stake to step up. We need to turn out so many voters that the will of the people is undeniable. You can help make that possible by chipping in right now. [[link removed]]
