POLITICO is reporting the Trump administration "will urge the Supreme Court to overturn Obamacare, maintaining its all-out legal assault on the health care law amid a pandemic that will drive millions of more Americans to depend on its coverage."

Obamacare has only grown more popular after the GOP's failed attempts to repeal it. But now it'll face the Supreme Court's conservative majority -- including Justice Kavanaugh, who's dissented against upholding Obamacare in the past.

Democratic state attorneys general are working together with the Democratic-led House of Representatives to protect Obamacare in court. But liberals are in the minority on the bench, and millions of Americans stand to lose their coverage. With so much on the line, we need to know where Democrats stand:
