Obamacare has only grown more popular after the GOP’s failed attempts to repeal it. But now it’ll face the Supreme Court’s conservative majority -- including Justice Kavanaugh, who’s dissented against upholding Obamacare in the past.
Democratic state attorneys general are working together with the Democratic-led House of Representatives to protect Obamacare in court.
