The County of Los Angeles is committed to providing the care and resources needed to support LGBTQ+ residents.
Over the past few years, the County has acted urgently to address the many challenges our LGBTQ+ communities face, particularly at a time when their fundamental rights are under attack. County initiatives have included:
* Initiating an LGBTQ+ Community Safety Plan;
* Creating the County’s first-ever LGBTQ+ Commission;
* Addressing the inequities faced by Transgender, Gender Diverse, and Intersex communities and
Continuing to affirm the County’s commitment to providing gender-affirming and inclusive care and resources for everyone in LA County.
