Thanks to partnerships with LA County and its Pathway Home program, cities across LA County are seeing dramatic reductions in unsheltered homelessness. Hear from leaders in the cities of Signal Hill and Monrovia about why Pathway Home has been such a game changer. Pathway Home helped house every unsheltered person in the city of Signal Hill and led to a 90% drop in homelessness for the city of Monrovia. Learn more at homeless.lacounty.gov/pathway-home. LA County TGI and LGBTQ+ Resources

The County of Los Angeles is committed to providing the care and resources needed to support LGBTQ+ residents.

Over the past few years, the County has acted urgently to address the many challenges our LGBTQ+ communities face, particularly at a time when their fundamental rights are under attack. County initiatives have included:

  • Initiating an LGBTQ+ Community Safety Plan;
  • Creating the County’s first-ever LGBTQ+ Commission;
  • Addressing the inequities faced by Transgender, Gender Diverse, and Intersex communities and

Continuing to affirm the County’s commitment to providing gender-affirming and inclusive care and resources for everyone in LA County.

Marina Spooktacular…Halloween by the Harbor!

If you are looking for a ghoulishly good time, join the LA County Department of Beaches and Harbors at Marina Spooktacular! There's fun and scares for all ages, but the frights intensify as night falls over Burton Chace Park in Marina del Rey during this two-day festival.
