Email from Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty Here's the latest from us at WILL Keeping You Informed! Why The Division? WILL Tackles Social Capital Problems and Provides Solutions WILL released a new report suggesting policy actions that can be taken by the federal, state, and local governments to support social capital. We also highlight the rising importance of employers in building social capital in the workplace. From Isolation to Connection is the third and final report examining the impact social capital has on Wisconsin communities. WILL Policy Associate, Miranda Spindt, stated, “The world around is falling apart at the seams, from the mental health crisis to growing inequality and distrust—and as a society we refuse to talk about why." Many Wisconsin voters across the state will have school referenda to consider. WILL’s new property tax calculator was developed with data from local school districts via information available online and open records requests. Gathering that data also showcased some of the shortfalls in accountability and transparency that exist at the local level related to ballot referenda. LEARN MORE Tickets Going Fast!!!
