ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Recent reforms have dramatically expanded access to transfer-level courses at California community colleges. How are these reforms affecting Black and Latino men, whose educational attainment is lower than that of their female counterparts and other racial/ethnic groups? Coauthors of a new report that focuses on transfer-level math—a key early milestone on the path to a four-year degree—will discuss their findings and take audience questions.

This research and event are supported with funding from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, ECMC Foundation, and the Sutton Family Fund.
