Take Carlos Gallegos, one of 142 ARC Members who have secured employment as firefighters through our Ventura Fire Fighter Training Program. After years of incarceration, today Carlos is bravely fighting wildfires and saving lives across California.

I’m constantly humbled when I see my friends, family, and strangers thank me for my service. I get a bit embarrassed by it to be honest.”
