The American people are demanding transparency in how CARES Act funding is being spent to ensure working families will benefit -- not the politically connected. Proper oversight will ensure it's spent without waste, fraud, or abuse. But so far, the Trump Administration has provided very little detail on the spending of these funds and is refusing to comply with oversight regulations.
