We’re so close to making history, hopefully the first of many future trans
members of Congress to serve this incredible country.
But the only way that I can guarantee that I’m not the last is to quite
simply be the best member of Congress that I can be. To continue to fight
for what’s right and for who needs it the most — and that’s exactly what I
plan to do if I win.
But it’s not a given: This race is far from over, and our first (and only)
televised debate of the general election is tomorrow. Our mid-month
fundraising goal ends TONIGHT at midnight, and it’s our last one before

We can’t take anything for granted.
Our opponents want to take us back, but we know there’s simply no other
way: We’re never going back.
But it’s going to take grassroots support to finish this fight, and every
penny of our $15,000 goal will go towards winning this race. And I have to
be honest: It might just take every penny to do that.
