John,
This coming January, the minimum wage in Washington will increase to
$16.66 an hour. That’s because our state law requires the minimum wage to
increase each year along with the cost of living — which really should be
the case everywhere!

[ [link removed] ]Will you pitch in $3 to help our movement win in
November so we can follow Washington’s lead on the federal level?
While Washington has modernized its minimum wage laws, there are still far
too many places that haven’t. In some states, the minimum wage remains
$7.25 an hour. That’s literally a poverty-level wage.
All people deserve to earn a decent living, whether you’re a CEO or a
customer service rep. All work has dignity, and no one who works 40+ hours
a week should find themselves struggling to afford the basics like rent,
groceries, and medical expenses.
Pramila’s fighting hard to raise the federal minimum wage in Congress. But
as long as Mike Johnson or any of his MAGA colleagues is serving as
Speaker, those proposals are dead on arrival.
That’s why it’s critical that we elect Kamala Harris AND flip the House of
Representatives on November 5th.
Pramila’s campaign is teaming up with the Harris-Walz campaign to conduct
twice-weekly phone banks in swing states to get out the vote, and we need
your support to keep up this critical outreach work in these last few
weeks.

wages they deserve, will you pitch in $3 to power our
movement today? Pramila doesn’t take corporate PAC money — we can’t do it
without you!
