*What is the Part 200 Uniform Requirements?*

Part 200 sets forth various government-wide general provisions applicable to Federal financial assistance. It describes requirements from pre- through post-award.

In 2024, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) updated several parts of its governmentwide guidance in Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations [ [link removed] ], including the requirements in 2 C.F.R. Part 200, which are commonly referred to as the “Part 200 Uniform Requirements.” *These updates became effective for all OJP applicants and funding recipients beginning October 1, 2024, regardless of when the award was made.*

*Who Should Attend*

OJP award recipients with active award(s) on or after October 1, 2024, regardless of when the award was made; and interested OJP funding applicants.

*Why You Should Attend*

If your organization is a current recipient of OJP funding, it is important to remain compliant with the updated Part 200 Uniform Requirements. The Q&A sessions are an opportunity to ask questions and hear directly from OJP financial and grants management policy staff.

*PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICERS' BENEFITS (PSOB) PROGRAM*
