What is the Part 200 Uniform Requirements?

Part 200 sets forth various government-wide general provisions applicable to Federal financial assistance. It describes requirements from pre- through post-award.

In 2024, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) updated several parts of its governmentwide guidance in Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations, including the requirements in 2 C.F.R. Part 200, which are commonly referred to as the “Part 200 Uniform Requirements.” These updates became effective for all OJP applicants and funding recipients beginning October 1, 2024, regardless of when the award was made.

Who Should Attend

OJP award recipients with active award(s) on or after October 1, 2024, regardless of when the award was made; and interested OJP funding applicants.

Why You Should Attend

If your organization is a current recipient of OJP funding, it is important to remain compliant with the updated Part 200 Uniform Requirements. The Q&A sessions are an opportunity to ask questions and hear directly from OJP financial and grants management policy staff.
