We have to talk about JD Vance.

During last night's Vice Presidential Debate, when asked about abortion, Senator JD Vance tried to walk back his anti-abortion platform — claiming he never supported a national ban.

JD Vance instead said he supports the “minimal national standards.” Let’s be clear: that’s just code for a national abortion ban.

When challenged on his lies, he promoted what he called “pro-family” policies — policies that Governor Tim Walz and Vice President Kamala Harris already champion.

Friends, abortion is a pro-family policy.

But let’s step back for a minute. No one should be surprised by Vance. Abortion is popular and the Trump/Vance ticket knows most voters reject their platform. Both Trump and Vance are a threat to our rights and freedoms.
