For almost 50 years, the Roe v. Wade decision provided federal protections for abortion access.

But in recent years, decisions from federal courts have opened the floodgates for states to ban abortion -- creating a national health crisis.

The Constitution didn't change. The strong, nationwide majority support for abortion rights didn’t change (in fact it grew!). What changed: abortion opponents' weaponization of our federal courts.

We need court reform now to protect and restore reproductive rights -- along with voting rights and equal justice before the law. Sign Planned Parenthood Federation of America’s petition to demand court reform.

Court reform includes…

*Expanding the U.S. Supreme Court & setting term limits for justices
*Imposing enforceable ethics and transparency requirements
*Adding seats for additional judges on the overburdened lower federal courts
*Preventing single-judge divisions so that interest groups can't "shop" for judges
