Welcome back to Team Elise's weekly newsletter! We send a note to Elise's
supporters weekly to update them on what she's working on in Capitol Hill and
across NY-21.

Elise Earns Endorsement of the National Border Patrol Council


On Thursday, Elise once again earned the endorsement of the National Border
Patrol Council. The National Border Patrol Council represents 18,000 Border
Patrol Agents under the Department of Homeland Security.


Elise stated –


“I am proud to have once again earned the endorsement of the National Border
Patrol Council. I am grateful for the support of their 18,000 members as I
continue working to secure the resources Border Patrol Agents need to keep our
communities safe. Kamala Harris is the open border czar who has overseen the
worst border crisis in American history. Under her watch, over 10 million
immigrants have illegally crossed our border, fueling human trafficking, rape,
murder, and the flow of deadly drugs like fentanyl into our communities. I have
visited the Northern Border and seen firsthand the challenges our agents face
every day. As the Co-Chair of the Northern Border Caucus, I will continue to
lead against Harris and Far Left Democrats’ dangerous open-border policies and
work to provide our brave Border Patrol agents with all the resources they
need.”

Elise Headlines Record-Setting Women For Trump Event Marking Largest Women
Turnout In Country


Last weekend, Elise joined a record-setting crowd at Trump Winery in
Charlottesville, Virginia, to headline Rally Virginia’s Women for Trump event.
Public polling has Virginia TIED in the Presidential race. If Republicans flip
Virginia we will be in an incredibly strong position to take back the White
House.


Elise stated –


“We have this one opportunity to make America safe again, to make America
wealthy again, to make America’s border secure again, to stand up for Israel,
and of course to make America great again.”

NBC News - Elise Stefanik pushes to expand House GOP majority with record
number of women


On Wednesday, NBC News published an exclusive story on Elise's efforts to once
again elect a record number of women and grow the House GOP majority.


Elise stated on X –


“Our efforts to elevate, empower, and elect GOP women to the House have been a
resounding success. We will set ANOTHER record this November when we grow the
House GOP majority with incredible women!”

Op-ed: If the United Nations continues its antisemitism, the US must withdraw
support


This week, Elise published an op-ed in the Washington Examiner highlighting
the United Nations’ abject failure to hold Iran and Hamas accountable, their
enablement of antisemitism, and the need for reform as the United Nations
General Assembly took place in New York City.

Elise wrote –


“The U.N. has proven again and again that it is a cesspool of antisemitism
that has completely turned against Israel in its darkest hour. Nearly one year
ago, the world witnessed in horror the most vicious, brutal attack on Israel
and the Jewish people since the Holocaust, a barbaric terrorist assault
committed by Hamas that claimed more than 1,200 innocent lives. Israel’s women,
children, and elderly were ripped from their homes and massacred, raped, and
beheaded.

Despite these atrocities, there is an abject failure within the U.N. System
to hold Hamas or its pro-terrorism puppet masters in Iran accountable.”

Elise Op-ed: Supporting Fort Ticonderoga, One of America's Favorite Forts


This week, Elise published an op-ed in The Sun Community News championing Fort
Ticonderoga and the crucial importance her district played in the story of our
nation’s founding.


Elise wrote –


“Our great historic sites like Fort Ticonderoga are living classrooms for our
children, communities, and tourists in our region to learn about our nation’s
history on the very ground where it took place. Preserving and championing
these battlefields and historic areas is one of my greatest privileges as the
Representative of New York’s 21st Congressional District and the Co-Chair of
the Congressional Battlefield Caucus.”

Elise Earns Record Endorsements from Montgomery and Warren Counties


This week, Elise earned record high endorsements from Republicans,
Conservatives, Democrats, and Independents in Montgomery and Warren counties
including endorsements from every town represented in NY-21.


Elise stated –


“I am honored and humbled to have the backing of 58 local elected officials
from Montgomery County for my re-election campaign. I am proud to have worked
with local leaders to ensure the hardworking families of Montgomery County
receive the important resources needed to prosper in Upstate New York. I look
forward to collaborating with these leaders as we earn another historic victory
this November, work to save America, and deliver real results to the families,
small business owners, seniors, and veterans of Upstate New York and the North
Country.”

Elise Earns Endorsement from NYPD Police Captains Endowment


The New York City Police Department Captains Endowment Association (CEA),
which represents retired law enforcement personnel across Upstate New York,
again endorsed Congresswoman Elise Stefanik for re-election.


CEA President Chris Monahan stated –


"Congresswoman Stefanik best understands the needs and concerns of the New
York City police force. She recognizes the needs of police and the importance
of supporting them. We are proud to endorse her for re-election because she is
an incredible advocate for law enforcement and has done an excellent job for
New York."


Elise stated –


“I am honored to earn once again the endorsement of the New York City Police
Department Captains Endowment Association representing retirees all across
Upstate New York. They know I will always Back the Blue and support our police
in New York and across the country!”

Elise Earns Endorsement St. Lawrence County Republican Legislators Caucus


the Republican Caucus of the St. Lawrence County Legislature published a
letter inNorth Country Now endorsing Elise for re-election to Congress.


In the letter, the legislators state –


“We appreciate everything Elise has done for our constituents and the
sacrifices she has made on our behalf. We urge the people of St. Lawrence
County and Northern New York to join us in voting to reelect her in November.”


Elise stated –


“I'm grateful to the St. Lawrence County Republican Legislators Caucus for
their endorsement letter in North Country Now. I look forward to continuing to
work with all of them to serve the hardworking families of St. Lawrence County.”

Elise Endorses Lily Tang Williams for NH-02


On Tuesday, Elise endorsed America First candidate Lily Tang for New
Hampshire’s 2nd Congressional District.

“Lily Tang Williams fled Communist China to be free. She is the embodiment of
the American dream, and will be an important voice in Congress to fight back
against socialism. I am proud to endorse Lily's campaign to flip New
Hampshire's 2nd Congressional District.”

ICYMI: Elise’s Speech at Israeli American Council Summit


On September 20, Elise delivered the keynote speech at the Israeli American
Council (IAC) Summit. She discussed her efforts to defend Israel and the Jewish
people both at home and abroad, including combating antisemitism in higher
education and ensuring Israel has the resources to protect itself.


In a post on X, Elise stated –


“Today I was honored to speak at the [IAC] National Summit.

Kamala Harris’ disdain for Israel and alignment with radical Far Left Hamas
terrorist sympathizers should instantly disqualify her for any office let alone
President of the United States.

The contrast between Kamala Harris and [Donald Trump] could not be clearer.
It is an indisputable fact that President Trump had the strongest record of any
American president when it comes to standing with Israel.”

House Passes Elise’s Legislation to Safeguard Students from DEI Policies


On Friday, September 20, the House of Representatives passed the End Woke
Higher Education Act. This legislation prohibits accreditation agencies from
imposing political litmus tests and includes several measures to protect
students’ First Amendment rights. The bill incorporates language from Elise’s
Freedom of Association in Higher Education Act, which she introduced to
guarantee equal protections for single-sex organizations.


Elise stated –


“An important bill I led, the Freedom of Association in Higher Education Act,
passed today within the End Woke Higher Education Act to ensure essential
protections for single-sex organizations on college campuses and to protect
students who join them from discrimination. My legislation will allow students
to continue to flourish in these unique environments and build supportive
communities that aid in their development into young adults.”

Elise’s Advocacy Secures FEMA Relief for Upstate New York


Following Elise’s advocacy, the White House granted a major disaster
declaration for Upstate New York and the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe. This extends
FEMA funding to the Tribal Nation and nonprofits in the area to support their
recovery from August’s storms.


Elise stated –


“I am proud to announce that following my advocacy, New York State will
receive federal funds to help the North Country recover from the severe damage
caused by Tropical Storm Debby. My office and I will continue to successfully
deliver resources and support to our impacted communities.”
