I have visited the Northern Border and seen firsthand the challenges our agents face every day. This legislation prohibits accreditation agencies from imposing political litmus tests and includes several measures to protect students’ First Amendment rights. The bill incorporates language from Elise’s Freedom of Association in Higher Education Act, which she introduced to guarantee equal protections for single-sex organizations. | | “An important bill I led, the Freedom of Association in Higher Education Act, passed today within the End Woke Higher Education Act to ensure essential protections for single-sex organizations on college campuses and to protect students who join them from discrimination.
