Support with finances is available
*"A Message from City Council Leader, Cllr David Mellen:"*
Cllr David Mellen, leader of Nottingham City Council
The coronavirus pandemic is a worrying time for all us. As well as our own and our loved ones health, we are also worried about personal finances. We are in a period of rapid change and it can be difficult to know what financial help and support there is for our individual circumstances.
The Ask Lion website has put together a page of information to help people manage their finances over the outbreak Financial Help and Well-being during COVID-19 [ [link removed] ] and to highlight local organisations that can help.
If you are out of work as a result of the Coronavirus outbreak, you can find help and support to claim benefits [ [link removed] ] and find work [ [link removed] ].
Worrying about finances can really take its toll on our mental health too and its important to make time to take care of ourselves. Find out more Looking after mental health during Covid-19 [ [link removed] ]
