JohnIn 2010, the Supreme Court of the United States delivered a devastating ruling in Citizens United v. FEC . The decision determined that concluded the same rights to free speech afforded to individuals must also be extended to corporations.

Since that ruling, corporations have been permitted spent billions of dollars, unchecked, to influence elections nationwide. For too long, this dark money has manipulated our political system and allowed the uber-rich to get even wealthier.

Congress must act now and pass the Democracy For All Amendment to overturn unrestrained campaign spending and stop dark money from contuinuing to corrupt American democracy. [[link removed]]
