COVID-19 and Constitutional Rights:
 State-Created Danger and Cruel & Unusual Punishment
 
Policies and practices that unconstitutionally punish people for lacking housing are at an all-time high, and enforcement of these policies is especially harmful during the COVID-19 pandemic.
 
Join us on Wednesday, May 6, to learn how to challenge these policies using constitutional rights arguments and to advocate for housing as a remedy. Attendees will develop strong advocacy strategies, both inside and outside of the courtroom, to achieve their COVID-19 policy demands. The webinar will also feature:
