COVID-19 and Constitutional Rights:
State-Created Danger and Cruel & Unusual Punishment

Policies and practices that unconstitutionally punish people for lacking housing are at an all-time high, and enforcement of these policies is especially harmful during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Join us on Wednesday, May 6, to learn how to challenge these policies using constitutional rights arguments and to advocate for housing as a remedy. Attendees will develop strong advocacy strategies, both inside and outside of the courtroom, to achieve their COVID-19 policy demands. The webinar will also feature:
  • Tristia Bauman, Senior Attorney at the Law Center
  • Dr. Elizabeth Frye, M.D., M.P.H
  • Lili Graham, Litigation Counsel at Disability Rights California
Please register for this second webinar on May 6, 2020, 11:00 AM PST / 2:00 PM EST at:
