WILL Associate Counsel, Cara Tolliver, stated, “HHS-OCR’s decision to open an investigation into Cleveland Clinic is a step forward to stamping out the use of unlawful racial stereotypes in healthcare in favor of a legitimate, individualized approach to medicine.
