Biden-Harris Admin Opens New Investigation Following WILL Complaint! Yes, Really!

WILL has been notified that the Office for Civil Rights in the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS-OCR) will initiate a federal investigation into Cleveland Clinic concerning racially discriminatory patient care after reviewing WILL’s complaint on behalf of its client, Do No Harm (DNH).

WILL Associate Counsel, Cara Tolliver, stated, “HHS-OCR’s decision to open an investigation into Cleveland Clinic is a step forward to stamping out the use of unlawful racial stereotypes in healthcare in favor of a legitimate, individualized approach to medicine. While our current political climate is forcing archaic racial stereotypes in every aspect of decision-making, we will continue to fight for equal treatment in healthcare, where race-neutral decisions based on individual need are critical.”

The fight goes on!

Elon Musk Shares WILL Election Integrity Report

Last week, WILL released a new report detailing the extent to which more than 140,000 Wisconsin voters can vote in the 2024 Presidential Election without an ID.

Welcome Daniel Buck!

WILL announced its newest addition to the education policy team. Daniel Buck is a senior visiting fellow at WILL, where he will write and advise on projects related to K-12 education policy. Daniel will play a key role in WILL’s Restoring American Education initiative.  

Daniel Buck remarked, “WILL continues to bring forward policies and ideas to reform education in Wisconsin and across the country. It’s an honor to join this team and work alongside these dedicated professionals.

The City of Racine utilized an unlawful mobile voting van in both the primary and general elections this year to conduct in-person absentee voting. WILL previously filed a complaint with the Wisconsin Election Commission and just recently argued the case in front of the Wisconsin Supreme Court!
