If you're reading this email and you don't think an endorsement from
Taylor Swift matters, here are a few stats to remember:

* Taylor Swift endorsed Kamala Harris on Instagram, where she has
283,000,000 followers. That's right, 283 million.
* Within minutes of her endorsement post, it had gained more than 2
million likes.
* When Taylor posted a link asking her followers to register to vote
last year, more than 35,000 people registered at Vote.org in 24 hours,
far surpassing the record number of 18-year-olds who registered to
vote on the site in 2022.^2

In her endorsement, Taylor Swift said:

"I'm voting for Kamala Harris because she fights for the rights and causes
I believe need a warrior to champion them. I think she is a steady-handed,
gifted leader and I believe we can accomplish so much more in this country
if we are led by calm and not chaos."^3

She's right. And she's right to fear the misinformation that's being
pushed out by Donald Trump and his party with the intention to confuse and
mislead voters. It's up to all of us to go into the world to talk about
what's at stake: health care, climate justice, our freedoms, the future
ahead of us and beyond.

[ [link removed] ]Show (and tell) everyone you're in your voting era with a
limited-edition "In My Voting Era" T-shirt that will support MoveOn's
efforts to bring as many people into our people-powered movement to elect
Kamala Harris and Democrats across the country!

After absolutely dominating Donald Trump at the debate, Taylor Swift's
endorsement is another very substantial feather in Kamala Harris's
hat. It's a chance to build momentum among her fan base as well as among
the very young voters and surge voters who could determine this election.

If you're sick of running as fast as you can, wondering if you'd get there
quicker if you were a man, we have a question for you:

[ [link removed] ]Are you in your voting era? If so, click here to get your special,
limited-edition "In My Voting Era" T-shirt. You'll get a great,

Want to support MoveOn? The MAGA right is declaring war, and Project 2025
is their battle plan. Project 2025 threatens our rights, attacks
communities of color, hurts middle- and working-class families, and
undermines our democracy. But we will not back down or let Trump steamroll
our nation.

Will you donate to power MoveOn's election plan, stop Trump, and ensure
Project 2025 is never enacted?

[ [link removed] ]Yes, I'll chip in.
