STARR Collection Reminders
The STARR Collection closes *Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2024*.
CEPI analysts will be available for troubleshooting and assistance through 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 15. Users should strive to certify their data in advance of the collection close date.
Below are the data quality snapshot dates:
* Mid 1 Snapshot: Sept. 9
* Mid 2 Snapshot: Oct. 1
* Post Snapshot: Oct. 16

Postsecondary Training Conference Recordings Available
Recordings of the 2024 Postsecondary Training Conference are now available on the CEPI postsecondary web page [ [link removed] ] in the Help and Training section.
Assigning UICs Upon Student Enrollment
It is best practice to acquire and assign UICs at student enrollment. This ensures the identifiers are associated with scholarship/grant recipients and enables complete reporting, which can be used to demonstrate program and institutional success through:
* Cross institutional programs within an academic school year such as Early Middle College, Dual Enrollment, Reconnect and Future for Frontliners
* Data sharing within institutional offices such as Registrars and Financial Aid
* Data sharing within state offices such as CEPI, MiLEAP and LEO
* Program efficacy
