UNITE HERE Local 11 is no stranger to meeting big challenges with even bigger, bolder solutions. But the COVID-19 pandemic has posed more than a challenge. With the tourism industry in a tailspin and 32,000 members' jobs on the line, what can a hotel and hospitality worker union do?

It can feed a whole lot of people, for starters. Local 11 Co-President Susan Minato explains:
