Additional Human Trafficking Charges Filed Against Andrew and Tristan Tate
Andrew and Tristan Tate were recently arrested as part of an investigation into additional charges of human trafficking, including human trafficking of a minor.
The NCOSE Law Center
, along with co-counsel Jillian Roth from Stark & Stark, P.A. and Jenny Flannigan from the law firm Breit Biniazan, currently
represent two alleged victims of Andrew and Tristan Tate
who are named victims and witnesses in the Romanian criminal prosecution of the Tates for human trafficking that was launched in 2022. The Tate brothers have sued these women in Florida state court for their cooperation with Romanian law enforcement.
We stand with the
34 newly identified victims of alleged human trafficking
at the hands of the Tate brothers and their associates. Victims should be empowered to report crimes without retaliation, and we will not stop fighting to protect their right to do so.

Hidden Wounds: The Mental Health Toll of Surviving Prostitution
“A few months before and after I got out of prostitution, I started having what I now know are panic attacks and I lost the ability to speak. I just couldn't talk, no sound would come, I was shutting down."

Even when threats of gang-rape, degrading sexual acts, choking/strangulation, stalking, and beatings are no longer part of their daily lives, those who have been liberated from the sex trade now face a much more understated threat, one that often prevents them from finding complete liberation –
severe mental health disorders.
