overturn a major victory we recently secured: the Biden administration’s policy
expanding ACA coverage to DACA recipients.

This cruel and irresponsible move is no surprise, considering these same actors
have not stopped fighting to dismantle DACA entirely, despite clear evidence of
its positive impact on lives and communities.

Access to quality healthcare saves lives, and immigrants — who pay taxes —
deserve the same protections as anyone else. We are fighting to defend our
progress and continue to push for fair healthcare access for everyone.
