Every day, new obstacles and threats confront immigrant communities across the country. For example, a group of state attorneys general is attempting to overturn a major victory we recently secured: the Biden administration’s policy expanding ACA coverage to DACA recipients. 

This cruel and irresponsible move is no surprise, considering these same actors have not stopped fighting to dismantle DACA entirely, despite clear evidence of its positive impact on lives and communities.
