UPDATE: Governor Kelly Directs Flags be Flown at Half-Staff in Honor of Kansas State Representative Marvin Robinson

TOPEKA* – On Friday, in accordance with Executive Order #20-30, Governor Laura Kelly directed flags be lowered to half-staff on all state buildings, grounds, and facilities effective immediately until sundown on the day of interment in honor of Kansas State Representative Marvin Robinson. 

*Representative Robinson will be interred after funeral services on Saturday, September 7, 2024. Flags are to remain at half-staff until sundown on this date. *
