UPDATE: Governor Kelly Directs Flags be Flown at Half-Staff in Honor of Kansas State Representative Marvin Robinson
TOPEKA – On Friday, in accordance with Executive Order #20-30, Governor Laura Kelly directed flags be lowered to half-staff on all state buildings, grounds, and facilities effective immediately until sundown on the day of interment in honor of Kansas State Representative Marvin Robinson.
Representative Robinson will be interred after funeral services on Saturday, September 7, 2024. Flags are to remain at half-staff until sundown on this date.
