This weekly digest is a method to communicate updates, initiatives and policy changes from the Aging and Adult Services Division (AASD) and Disability Services Division (DSD) in a simplified way. We send this announcement every week on Tuesdays.

* *Audience:* People who use personal care assistance (PCA) and Consumer Support Grant (CSG), their families, PCA provider agencies, financial management services providers, consultation services providers, lead agencies and other interested parties
* *Summary:* DHS posted the final version of the CFSS Policy Manual. The updated manual includes legislative changes and improvements based on public comments.

EW customized living services rate floor adjustments for disproportionate share facilities [ [link removed] ]

* *Audience:* Lead agencies, customized living providers and other interested parties
* *Application period:* Sept. 1 to Sept. 30, 2024
* *Summary:* The 2024 Minnesota Legislature approved changes to the rate floor adjustment (i.e., minimum daily rate) for customized living services providers that are designated as disproportionate share facilities. Eligible facilities can apply from Sept. 1 to Sept. 30, 2024.
