Audience: People who use personal care assistance (PCA) and Consumer Support Grant (CSG), their families, PCA provider agencies, financial management services providers, consultation services providers, lead agencies and other interested parties

Summary: DHS posted the final version of the CFSS Policy Manual. The updated manual includes legislative changes and improvements based on public comments.

Audience: Lead agencies, customized living providers and other interested parties

Application period: Sept. 1 to Sept. 30, 2024

Summary: The 2024 Minnesota Legislature approved changes to the rate floor adjustment (i.e., minimum daily rate) for customized living services providers that are designated as disproportionate share facilities. Eligible facilities can apply from Sept. 1 to Sept. 30, 2024.
