According to Abbott, about 1,930 of those 6,500 registered noncitizens had a voting history. He said those records are being sent to the Office of the Attorney General "for investigation and potential legal action."

Biden-Harris Lose Track of Thousands of Unaccompanied Minors More than 290,000 unaccompanied illegal alien children have not been issued notices to appear in court by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, which advocates say limits the chances of evaluating their safety. The report asserts that ICE, having not issued notices to appear in court to illegal alien children, is unable to monitor the whereabouts of those minors once they are released from custody. Reportedly, ICE has no process in place to address unaccompanied minors if they fail to appear in court.

Further, the report finds ICE has no assurance that unaccompanied children are protected in any way from trafficking or exploitation. Drag Show Hosted in Dallas With Texas' law prohibiting sexualized performances in front of children on hold by the courts, such a show was put on in Dallas. RuPaul’s Drag Race Tour was hosted at the Music Hall in Fair Park on Friday. Attendees reported the venue’s staff were not checking IDs, and children were seen inside the show.

Video footage captured by Sara Gonzales and posted by Texas Family Project revealed the inappropriate nature of the program.

A new state law prohibits such performances in front of minors, but a federal court has blocked it from taking effect. Keller ISD Requires Teachers to Use Pronouns Matching Student Birth Certificates Trustees at Keller Independent School District approved policy changes at a school board meeting requiring teachers to use pronouns for students that match the biological sex listed on their birth certificate. Debra McClure reports [[link removed]] parents must now provide written notice granting permission for their student to be referred to by a different name or gender pronoun.

The district contends that the action is designed to uphold parents' fundamental rights "concerning the upbringing, education, and care of their children." Quote-Unquote
