A victory for voters in Illinois
* In a win for voters, the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals rejected ([link removed]) a Republican lawsuit to invalidate Illinois mail-in ballots postmarked by Election Day but received by officials for up to two weeks after. This is the fourth loss for the GOP in challenges to ballot receipt deadlines.

* In a new YouTube video ([link removed]) , Marc and Democracy Docket’s Paige Moskowitz break down the Illinois ruling and why the GOP is filing the same failing lawsuit in multiple states.
