** Announcing Our Second Mentorship Pilot Program
------------------------------------------------------------

We believe that our members—regardless of their title or tenure—can learn from one another and support each other as change agents within philanthropy. That’s why we are excited to announce the second pilot of our mentorship program, in honor of Orneata Prawl.

This year, we are working in collaboration with PEAK New England to bring together 31 mentors and mentees together for mutual support, learning, and collaboration. We’d like to give special thanks to the selection committee for reviewing, selecting, and pairing our applicants. Check out the list of mentors and mentees here ([link removed]) .

We are looking for sponsors now to support this work. Interested? Contact Member Outreach Coordinator Nichia McFarlane (mailto:[email protected]?subject=Supporting%20PEAK) to learn more.

** Cocreate PEAK2025 With Us
------------------------------------------------------------

Change begins with us, and each member of the PEAK community is an inherent leader. And we live in a moment that requires us to courageously lean into the headwinds that challenge us. To this, we say: Onward! As individuals and as a collective, let’s lead with courage to transform philanthropy and boldly move toward a future where justice and equity prevail.

Be a part of this movement by cocreating the PEAK2025 program with us. Submit a session proposal that will inform and inspire grants professionals to become activated change agents in philanthropy and lean into the headwinds that challenge us. Download our call for proposals guide ([link removed]) to learn more about session tracks, session types, and innovative ways we'll be learning together. Also, be sure to attend our info session ([link removed]) on August 28 and our Ask Me Anything event ([link removed]) on September 10 to learn more about PEAK2025 and ask whatever questions you have about the proposal and selection process.

The deadline to submit proposals is September 17.
