Our team has been working for months now to uncover county officials across the country who’ve voted to deny or delay certifying election results, so we can stop them from doing it again.

We put together a new report that identifies 35 rogue election officials across the country who have already refused to certify election results, and may be in a position to do so again this fall.

John, this is a big deal—and you can tell it’s important because it’s hitting the media.

Noah also joined Joy Reid on the ReidOut to discuss our findings and what this means for our upcoming elections [[link removed]] —because we know some county officials have tried to subvert a free and fair election before, and that they may try to avoid certifying again in 2024.

As Noah explained to Joy, when they tried to avoid certification in lower-profile races in 2022, they were doing it as a run-through before the 2024 elections.
