I’m not the first to tell you—it is time for all hands on deck, and we need your support today to restore, protect, and expand voting rights by ensuring Democrats take back the House and hold the White House and the Senate this fall.
Can we count on your support? [[link removed]]
Friend,
The Voting Rights Act was passed 56 years ago, and racial discrimination in voting was finally prohibited by federal law. It was one of the most important and effective pieces of legislation in our country’s history. In the last decade, our Supreme Court, with help from billionaire conservative donors, has worked to chip away at its principles, again allowing states to discriminate in their voting practices.
And now, the former president, who is again the Republican nominee, wants to abolish voting altogether.
Last week, at the right-wing student conference Turning Point USA, Donald Trump encouraged the audience to vote for him this year but said that after this election, “You won’t have to do it anymore… it’ll be fixed. It’ll be fine.”

The Republican party leader believes that “fixing” voting means eliminating it.
Our President, our Vice President, and every Democrat I know knows that “fixing” voting means reinstating all that was lost in the Voting Rights Act by passing the John R. Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act.
To do that, we need to win big this fall. [[link removed]]
A DEMOCRACY MEANS ONE PERSON, ONE VOTE [[link removed]]
A democracy is a government elected by the people. To protect our democracy, we must ensure that this man never sees the inside of the White House again. And we need to elect a Democratic majority that can protect voting rights again for future generations. [[link removed]]
OUR DEMOCRACY DEPENDS ON US [[link removed]]
Support my re-election campaign to help our team take back the House and protect your vote.
We are counting on you!
